Terms of publication
To publish an article in the scientific journal "Kyiv Law Journal" № 2, 2024 no later than May 31, 2024 (inclusive) it is necessary to fill out the author's reference and send to e-mail the journal to info@kyivchasprava.kneu.in.ua article prepared in accordance with the above requirements.
The editorial board of the magazine conducts an internal anonymous review of all articles. The review process can take up to 4 days. The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles of authors who do not comply with the requirements. The editorial board may not share the ideological and scientific beliefs of the authors. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of quotations, surnames, references and facts contained in the text of provided articles.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
PROHIBITION TO REFER TO THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
PAYMENT FOR PUBLICATION
After receiving confirmation from the editorial board that the article has been accepted, the requisites for payment of the publication fee are provided.
It is mandatory to send a scanned receipt for the cost of publishing a scientific article.
Example of registration of the electronic file name: Ivanenko_article, Ivanenko_receipt.
The cost of publication is 1200 UAH (up to 12 pages inclusive). Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of 50 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website on July 31, 2024.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before August 31, 2024.
