Purpose and Tasks
The purpose of the journal: to create a solid scholarly space for the publication and exchange of research findings in the field of law. The journal is aimed at disseminating novel achievements in legal science, promoting international academic cooperation, and the development of legal doctrine and improving legal regulation mechanisms.
The main objectives of the journal:
- publication of the latest research findings that have practical and theoretical value for the development of legal science, national, European and international law, as well as improving law enforcement practice;
- fostering the popularization of legal science among young scientists, the formation of a sustainable interest in research activity in the field of law, European studies;
- ensuring open access to scholarly materials in order to increase their impact, demand in the professional legal environment;
- promoting the development of international scholarly cooperation in the field of law, in particular in the context of European integration, harmonization of legislation, and the implementation of best legal practices.
