Abstract

The article emphasizes that the mentality of the nation can act, firstly, as a factor of internal socialregulator of self-preservation of the nation as a society, and secondly, as a factor of destructive conservatism, whichdoes not allow to make any changes from the outside until needed in this society itself. This is what does not alloworganizations and society to achieve the stabilization of interests. Thus, at the present stage the main problem ofthe mentality is the formation of management principles that would embody the interests of both the individualand society as a whole. It is determined that the socio-psychological aspects of the organization’s managementinclude prevention, conditions and methods of work aimed at achieving the welfare of society, and the obligationsof society with the specific needs of its citizens. Strategic directions of socio-psychological aspects of managementin Ukraine are the formation of national dignity; overcoming contradictions in the minds of people associated withthe emergence of new social ideas and ideals; building such a model of society, which would combine the needs ofmembers of society with the needs and goals of the state. It is concluded that human resource management consistsof developing a plan to meet future human resource needs; creation of a reserve of potential candidates for positions;study of candidates for jobs and selection of the best from the reserve created during the recruitment; determination of wages and benefits; developing the structure of salaries and benefits in order to attract, hire and retain employees;introduction of employees who were hired in the organization and its departments, development, understanding ofwhat the organization expects from them and what work in it is positively assessed; development of programs forthe acquisition of work skills necessary for effective performance of work; development of methods for assessingemployment and bringing it to employees; development of methods for transferring employees to positions withmore or less responsibility, development of their professional experience by transferring to other positions or areasof work, as well as procedures for termination of the employment contract; training of managers, management ofpromotion: development of programs aimed at developing skills and improving the efficiency of management.
