THE CONCEPT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE DECLARATION OF PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE OR LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract

Abstract. The article describes the content of the concept of public administration of the declaration of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government in Ukraine. It has been proven that this is public administration of the declaration of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government in Ukraine, as an administrative activity of special administrative bodies and subjects of declaration. They are a connected set of administrative principles, tools and administrative procedures established based on the norms of administrative law, the external manifestation of which is anticorruption legislation. The subject of regulation is the issue of submission and processing of declarations and the adoption of administrative acts of an unfavorable nature on this basis, in relation to persons who did not submit declarations or indicated false information in them, united by the single idea of effective and wideranging prevention of corruption among officials of all levels It is proved that the main feature of the public administration of the declaration of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local selfgovernment in Ukraine is administrative and executive activity regarding the implementation of the preventive anti-corruption function of the executive power in Ukraine. The object of the analyzed administrative relations is a declaration, with information in it submitted by the subject of the declaration in a certain electronic form, as an object of the material world characterized by a complex administrative and legal nature, also an object in the analyzed sphere is a wide palette of administrative actions of sub subjects of submission and subjects of verification of the declaration. What characterizes the set of author’s views on the legal and public-administrative nature of the declaration of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government in Ukraine, formed because of encyclopedic knowledge, the theory of administrative law, current legislation, and the practice of administrative activities of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
