Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with consideration of certain features of the state interventions into the sphere of goods manufacturing and of the state influence over the freedom of business activity of the private goods manufacturers during the new and modern eras. The author analyzes the prerequisites of the expansion of state’s participation in the internal market relations during the new and modern eras as well as determines the main models of the state interventions into the sphere of goods production. It is defined that during abovementioned historical period the enlargement of the state’s legal status took place relatively the subjects of business activity – the participators of the internal market relations. Appropriate changes were the results of the states’ interventions into the sphere of internal market relations that had been provided by following one of two models of extension of states participation in appropriate economic spheres. Each of the models in different manner linked with limitation of private manufacturers’ freedom of business activity. The radical model spread through the Eastern European countries including Soviet Union that transformed from consumer state into the monopolistic goods manufacturer state with total liquidation of the freedom of business activity of the private goods manufacturers. At the same time the Western European countries oriented rather to the saving of private business but at the same time provided juridical mechanisms of limitation of the freedom of business activity particularly by the way of nationalization of private property as the extreme measure that could be used only in case of an absolute necessity and in the favor of the public interests. The model provided exclusively “consumers’” orientation of state within the internal market relations could not withstand the pressure of the economic changes provided by an industrial breakthrough. Further the abovementioned changes get rooted in society and today are reflected in modern features of the relations forming between state and the subjects of business activity.
