PECULIARITIES OF COMMITTING ROBBERY ATTACKS ON CITIZENS' HOMES DURING MARTIAL LAW

The article, based on the study of verdicts of the unified state register of court decisions, analysis of investigative practice materials, analysis of the scientific and theoretical views of domestic scientists, establishes the peculiarities of committing robbery attacks on the homes of citizens during wartime. The relevance of the chosen topic lies in the fact that in the conditions of the country's martial law, the problem of robbery attacks on citizens' homes is worsening, which leads to damage to health (mental, physical) and/or deprivation or the possibility of deprivation of life of property owners. The open nature and audacity of the commission of robberies, and the impression they make on the victims and eyewitnesses, cause a significant public resonance, this is also facilitated by the relatively low level of investigation of the specified criminal offenses. The article states that the public danger of organized groups that carry out robbery attacks on citizens' homes increases as a result of the fact that in wartime, the probability of criminals having firearms increases several times. The scientific novelty of the conducted research consists in revealing the features of the mechanism of committing robbery attacks on the homes of citizens in wartime, establishing the subjects and distinguishing the types of subjects committing such crimes, tools and means, place, time, object and purpose of committing such crimes. Having considered and analyzed the situation of committing robbery attacks on the homes of citizens in wartime, it can be stated that the conditions in the occupied territories contribute to the unimpeded commission of robbery attacks on the homes of citizens. The established features of committing robbery attacks on citizens' homes during martial law can be the basis for further scientific research into the methods and mechanism of their commission. Such knowledge enables law enforcement officials to study, analyze and further forecast the urgent criminogenic situation, establish an exchange of information about persons, members of organized groups who commit such illegal possessions, about the facts of their illegal activities.
