PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF STATE SUPERVISION IN THE FIELD OF NUCLEAR SAFETY

Abstract

In this scientific article, the peculiarities of the administrative and legal regulation of the security of the sovereign over the camp of the safety of objects of nuclear energy are examined, in order to avenge the potential for harm to the life and health of the population, I will become a safer environment. Emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the procedure for establishing state supervision of the nuclear security camp, and an analysis is made of the procedure for establishing state supervision of pre-trial nuclear and radiation safety to regulate the procedural power of the implementation of the functions of the Ukrainian State Regulation. A review was made of the mechanism for granting special permits for the conduct of activities in the atomic energy room; the order of organization and frequency of revisions, their subject and presentation; until the end of legislation, minds, transferring documents of a permissible nature, norms, rules and standards for nuclear and radiation safety by subjects of state supervision and control. It is noted that the existence of a mechanism for issuing special permits for conducting activities in the field of atomic energy use conditions the functioning of certain powers available to the authorized state supervision body in the field of ensuring nuclear safety, which allow to accurately and quickly determine whether licensees are fulfilling the license conditions.
