LEGAL PROVISION OFINSURANCE IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY OF UKRAINE AS A COMPONENT OF REGIONAL SECURITY

The essence of the basic legal framework for regulating insurance in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine, as well as regional warehouse security, is exposed. Important main risks in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine; the essence of obligatory and voluntary insurance in the agricultural sector of the national economy is highlighted; an analysis of the existing regulatory and legal regulation of insurance in the agricultural sector was carried out; a brain analysis of insurance in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine was conducted.An analysis of the classification of risks in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine was carried out. Understanding the legal characteristics of insurance in the agricultural sector, the middle objects, the main subjects, meta, the basis of the culpable obligation of the insurance company to pay the insurance premium to the insurer, insurance clauses, contractual nature, Insurance of insurance. The regulatory and legal complex of insurance regulations in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine, which operates through low regulatory and legal documents, has been identified.It is stated that the regulation of legal issues and insurance in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine is carried out both through a wide range of regulatory and legal acts, as well as through additional insurance assets that are divided into to confirm it with the regulations of legislation and the insurance policy of the insurer. The agreement between the insurer and the insurer is regulated by an agreement that complies with the requirements of the regulatory legal acts and the insurer’s assets. Insurance in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine is voluntary, except for the fallout, if the manufacturer of agricultural products withdraws government support and subsidies.
